Fierce Therapy is a powerful form of 1:1 online support for anyone who wants to un-tangle themselves from the things in life that are dragging them down and is ready (but perhaps a little bit scared) to step into their power…they just don’t know how the f*ck to do it alone!

Unlike more traditional forms of talking therapy which tend to spend lots of time naval-gazing and dwelling on the past, when you work with me we’ll use a heart-centred, compassion focused approach to release you from the old beliefs and behaviours that are holding you back whilst taking powerful strides forwards, allowing you to step into the life you want to lead.

Using an integrative combination of evidence-based therapeutic techniques - from fierce Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) - we’ll work together to engender feelings of safety, confidence and calm deep within, enabling you to start taking steps towards the life you long for…because even if you don’t believe in yourself right now, I do!

After this, if we feel like a good fit for each other, you can go ahead and book your first session and together we’ll start your exciting new journey towards living the life you long for.

Before your first session I’ll also send over an intake form for you to fill in - this is where I ask a bunch of questions to find out about all of the puzzle pieces that make up who you are to date, so that we can hit the ground running in piecing together who you want to become moving forwards.

Sessions last for 60-minutes and I offer email support between sessions should you want to check in or simply let me know how you’re getting on.
