1:1 ADHD and autism Coaching
Perhaps you’ve recently been diagnosed with ADHD or autism but are at a loss as to how best to manage your needs further.
Or maybe you suspect that you are neurodiverse and would like some support to engage in the world in a way that feels right for you, but just don’t know how.
I am a trained autism diagnostician (ADOS 2) and have assessed and supported clients with ADD / ADHD, autism and other neurodivergences throughout my career, both in the NHS, privately and as a Consultant for the National Autistic Society (NAS). However, one of the most frustrating aspects of this work is that people will often explain to me how services provide no further support after a diagnosis has been given.
For me it’s integral that, whether or not you have a diagnosis, you are offered clear and constructive support to help you to cope with the challenges everyday life presents you with whilst being offered strategies that will enable you to move forwards, doing the things you want to do and living life on your terms.
And that’s where my bespoke ADHD / ASC Coaching comes in.
Working together, we will meet regularly to explore the current challenges you’re facing in life and the impact they are having on your ability to do what’s required of you. We will then identify a whole host of tools and techniques you can use to not only help you cope with your current problems, but to enable you to lead a rich, full and meaningful life without any unnecessary issues holding you back.
So whether you are suffering from sleep problems, social anxiety or simply an inability to focus, I’m here to help and look forward to hearing from you.
“Your coaching sessions brought a sense of clarity and it was so reassuring discussing it with someone as there aren’t many platforms to talk about “I don’t know who I am or what I want to do with my life, but this isn’t it!”
